.' LONDON, July 6.

The following casualties among the Aus-tralian troops in South Arrica have been

reported :

West Australian Sixth Mounted Infantry Contingent.-Privates C. C. Clifford and (J. Westcott were killed, and Lieutenant Stan-ley .Reid has died from wounds. Sergeant W. Wills and Private H, Hackett were severely wounded at Renshooghte on the

23rd June.

Victorian Fifth Mounted Infantry Con-tingent.-Private John Costello was danI gorously wounded at Middeln-aal.
