Actor Marshal Crosby
Dies, Aged 71
Mr. Marshal Crosby, Australian radio, film and stage actor, died at Port Macquarie, yesterday, aged
71.
He had been conducting an annual Christmas fair in search of new talent at Port Macquarie.
Mr. Crosby was born in Port Pirie, South Australia.
His most recent films in-clude "The Overlanders," "Kangaroo" and "Eureka Stockade." He played the part of Josh Roberts in "Blue Hills" on the radio.
He was a past president of Actor's Equity and vice-gov-ernor of the Actor's Benevo-lent Fund.
His funeral will leave the Holy Cross Church, Wool-lahra, after requiem Mass at 9 a.m. on Monday, for the Botany Roman Catholic cemetery.
Mr. Crosby is survived by Mrs. Crosby, four sons and
a daughter.
