Former Master

In Equity Dies

Mr. William Arthur Par-ker, 83, a former Master in Equity, died suddenly yester-day at his flat in Manar, Macleay St, Potts Point.

Mr. Parker became Master in Equity in 1918 after prac-tising successfully in equity and probate jurisdiction from 1900. By virtue of his office, he also held the position of Master in Lunacy. He retired from the positions in 1940.

Mr. Parker, who was born at Orange and educated at Newington College, leaves a widow, and a daughter, Mrs. J. Chesterman, of Kambala Road, Bellevue Hill.
