I EXPLOSION IN PAINT FACTORY

Two mm were seriously burned after au explosion at the premises of the Sterling Paint and Varnish Co., Huntley Street, Alexandria, yesterday. They were James Alexander Gcurin, 45, foreman, of Collins Street, Alexandria, and Reginald Slater, Hughendon, 50, chemist, of Gelling Avenue, Strathfield. Geurin was hurled through the galvanised iron wall shown in the picture. Firemen were spattered with the foam used to extinguish

the fire.
