Vincent Ignatius Moye v Geraldine Moye (formerly MacDonald). Marriage,

October 21, 1914, at Pyrmont, Roman Catholic rites. Issue, desertion. Re-spondent alleged that petitioner had de-serted her and had been guilty of cruelty. She prayed that the petition be rejected and that she be granted a judicial separation. Petitioner's petition was dis-missed and respondent's prayer for a judical separation was granted. Mr. W. S. MERCER V MERCER.

Richard Walter Mercer v Mabel Irene Mercer (formerly Murray). Marriage, March 14, 1936, at Bankstown, Church of England rites. Issue, desertion. Re-spondent denied desertion and claimed that petitioner had deserted her and sought dissolution of the marriage. Re-spondent's petition was dismissed and petitioner was granted a decree nisi.
