Complete Cast Chosen.

Mr, Ken Hall has announced the full cast of the new Cinesound film, "The Broken Melody," on which he will begin production in a few days. The leading woman will be Miss Diana Du Cane, who has appeared here on the stage in J. C Williamson musical comedies. This will be her first work for the

screen.

Miss June Munro, who had a small part in "Orphan of the Wilderness," will appear in "The Broken Melody" as the younger sister of the hero. Miss Rosaline Rennadale, an act-ress with a good deal of radio experience, will play the role of an opera singer. On the stage, she has appeared in various of Mr. Ernest Rolls's revues. Miss Rita Pauncefort will also be in "Tlie Broken Melody."

The rest of the cast Includes Messrs. Frank Harvey; Alex Kellaway (who has done some comedy work In "Lovers and Luggers"), Harold Meade, and Harry Abdy, and Miss Letty Craydon. The first scene to be photographed this week will represent a cabaret, with a large number of dancers.
