Foundätion-stone to be Laid.

The Mayor of Manly (Alderman Nolan) will lay the foundation-stone of the municipality's new administrative offices this morning. The building, which, it is expected, will cost approximately £16,000, will be built on the site of the old town hail, which was recently

demolished.

Before the ceremony, Mr. A. T. Keirle, who was for many years an alderman of Manly and was mayor seven times, will plant trees on the West Esplanade, to commemorate the diamond Jubilee of the munlciballty.
