"FLYING DOCTOR" FILM.

Free Distribution.

On behalf of the 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, the foreign sales manager, Mr. Walter J. Hutchinson, announced last night that he had approved a recommendation by M., S. C. Crick, Australian managing director of the company, that the Australian film, "The Flying Doctor," be distributed throughout Aus-tralia and New Zealand without any charge

whatsoever.

The announcement was made at a dinner given in honour of Mr. Hutchinson's visit to

Australia.

The offer, said Mr. Hutchinson, had been made with a strong desire to assist in the development of the Australian film industry.

The general manager of National Produc-tions, Ltd. (Mr. F. Daniell) stated subse-quently that the Fox Company's interest was a great incentive to the Australian film in-dustry, and would mean a saving to his com-pany of at least £10,000, and possibly of as much as £15,000._
