WRECK OF THE DUNBAR.

An anchor which was recovered from the wreck of the steamer Dunbar some years ago, and until recently was housed in a shed on the Vaucluse Council's property has been placed at the Gap, Watson's Bay near the spot where the ship was wrecked In 1857 A cere-mony Including the unveiling of the anchor and a commemorative tablet is to take place on Saturday of 3 o'clock under the aus- pices of the Ryjal Australian Historical Society.
