MR. A. V. WORTHINGTON.

The funeral of Mr. Aithur Victor Worthing-ton, who died on Sunday at a convalescent home in Beecroft, took place yesterday after-noon at the Church of England Cemetery,

Rookwood.

Mr Worthington, who was 56 years of age, was a native of England, and for some time was an officer of the mercantile marine. He was called to the Bar in 1914 and practised in New South Wales, mostly in the Land and Valuation Court. He was a keon cricket en-thusiast. He is survived by Mrs. Worthing-ton, now In England, and three children.
