HOSPITAL SATURDAY FUND.

Since its establishment in 1893 the Hospital Saturday Fund has been the means of dis-tributing over £419,000 to public hospitals and medical charities. The 34th annual ap-peal for the fund will be made this year In the suburbs on Friday, April 27, and In the city on Friday, May 4. The fair in the city will be held In Bathurst-street and the upper end of Martin-place. The attractions will in-clude a mock hospital, which University under-graduates have been invited to conduct in Bathurst-street, and an aerial derby, which proved such a success last year. The office of the organising secretary is at the Com-monwealth Bank Chambers, Pitt-street.
