.Frederick Hoskins, second officer on the inotor ship Nimbin, was fatally injured when Ko fell down the bold of tlie vessel last night Tvhlle tho ship was between Lismore and Bal-

lina.

The crew, under the direction of Hoskins, was «recttng a chtite for the loading of sugar when, bysome unknown means, Hoskins fell 15 feet Into the hold. The Injured man was put ashore «find conveyed by motor lorry to Coraki Hos-pital, whore bo died this morning.

Deceased was a native of Cornwall, and had Do relatives in this State.
