Mr. W. J. Elliott (Chief Inspector of Secondary Wood) presided at yesterday's speech day of the Cleveland-street Girls' High School. He paid tribute to the work done by the school in the system of secondary education of which it formed part. El eli Hall who failed to pass examinations had no cause to regret the tears they spent at the school. Ita ecmimitiity life gave them a very valuable training.
