RAILWAYS.

WINTER TIME-TABLE.

The railway time-table for the winter months will be brought into operation as from, to-morrow. In addition to the usual curtail-'

ment of services to and from the various

mountain and seaside resorts there will be several Important changes in the train running. - '

One alteration is in regard to the mail train at present leaving Sydney for Kempsey at 8 p.m. It will be altered to start at 6.45 p.m., whilst the 7.32 animals to South Grafton, Lismore, and Murwillumbah will be altered to leave at 3 30 p.m. and be accelerated to arrive at Murwillumbah as at present.

The. new section of line from Molong to Dubbo will be opened for through traffic.

The 4,25 pm. mail from Forbes will be altered restarted 4.15 p.m.' A new train will be run. leaving Mudgee for Wallerawang at 9.35 a m. Wednesdays, and returning from Wallerawang to Mudgee at 2.45 p.m. the same day, connection being effected at Wallerawang with the down and up day passenger train' leaving Sydney at 9.27 am. and arriving at Sydney at 0.5,0, p.m. The

passenger train leaving Cootamundra for Sydney at 7.50 sa.m. will be run as a through train from Mittagong on Monday to Fridays and accelerated to. arrive in Sydney at 6.29 pm. instead of 6 25 p.m. A new train will leave Moss Vale for Sydney at 3.10 p.m. A new train will leave Sydney for Moss Vale at 3.50 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays,] serving Mittagong-and stations, south' thereof t The 7.45 p.m. train from. Hay to Junee on Friday nights, connecting with the express for Sydney, will be discontinued during the. winter months., '
