News has come to hand that Gunner Robert Royle of 27 Sussex street, Moonee Ponds, and son of Mrs. Beck, of 105 The Parade, Ascotvale was killed in action somewhere in France on November 8. The deceased left Victoria 16 months ago with the 8th reinforcements of the 7th Battalion and went through the Gallipoli campaign, besides doing duty in Egypt. He was a builder by occupation, and leaves a widow and four children
