WEDDINGS.

BRUNTON GIBB - LANG.

On September 1 Miss Ethel Isabel Lang, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Lang, of Sydney, was married to Mr. James Brun-ton Gibb, only son of Mr. and Mrs. James Gibb, of Drummoyne, at the Presbyterian Church, Drummoyne, which was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The Rev. S. B. Reid officiated. The bride, who was given away by her uncle (Mr. Frank Furness), wore a gown of white crepe Romaine, trimmed with silver lace and diamente clasps. The train was of white georgette, lined with pale pink crepe de Chine, having clusters of hand-made silver flowers. The Brussels lace veil was lent by Mrs. F. Stutchbury. The bride's bouquet was of white and pale pink hyacinths. The bridesmaids were Misses Ruby Lang and Elsie Gibb, who wore mauve and silver shot baronet satin and lemon georgette respec-tively. The baskets which they carried were of hyacinths and pansies, and were the gift of the bridegroom. Mr. Herbert Dcmpsey was best man, and Mr. E. Marland Nield groomsman. The reception was held at Sar-gent's, Market-street, where the bride's mother entertained the guests. The bride travelled in a fawn gabardine three-piece frock, with Paisley overblouse, and hat of

cinnamon and fawn.
