Fatal Accident in England.

LONDON, Nov. 28.

Captain Jacquet, the well-known American naval scientist, was accidentally killed al Hadley Wood railway station. He got out on the wrong side of the train, and was run over by a passing express. The late Captain Jacques was associated with the Holland submarine, which was the fore-runner of all modern types of under-water craft.
