I, WALTER MASSY GREENE, a Member of the Federal Executive Council, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence in pursuance of the YVar Precautions (Prices) Regulations, 1936, and on the recommendation of thee Chief Commissioner for Prices, do hereby order as follows:

1. This order shall be cited as prices order No. -Til, 2. All persons, firms, or companies, who or which, at midnight on tile 31st day of January, 1920, have in their possession, or under their possession, or under their control stocks of sugar in quantities exceeding 70 pounds in weight shall on or before the 10th day of February, 1920, furnishing the Chief Commissioner for Prices, Dudley-buildings, 527 Collins-street, Mel-bourne, with returns in respect to such sugar, givin particulars of white and brown sugar, and the quan-tity of each held, and the place where same is stored.
