QUESTION OF INTERPRETATION.

Hordern and others -v Bull and others. -Mr. Rich, instructed by Messrs. Read and Read, appeared for plaintiffs; Dr. Coghlan, instructed by Mr. C. Bull, for L. D. Bull; Mr. Lingen, Instructed by Messrs. Shipway and Berne, for Mrs. Shipway, ono of the defen-dants; and Mr. R. K. Manning, instructed by Messrs. Shipway and Berne, for Nellie Ship-way, infant defendant. This was a matter concerning the will of the lato Anthony Hor-dern, of Sydney, merchant, and a certificate of title, dated May 7, 1873, and the will of Harriett Bull, of Sydney, married woman, deceased. Plaintiffs claimed to be the trus-tees under the will of the late Anthony Hordern and of Nathaniel George Bull, who claimed to be executor and trustee of the will of Harriett Bull, deceased, and a number of questions were submitted for the détermina-

tion of tho Court.
