Next Saturday evening Mr J C Williamson will produce "A Country Girl" for the first time in Australia

at Her Majesty's Theatre The new piece, to Mell la by J T Tanner, with lyrics by Adrian Ross, and music by Lionel Monckton, will include SCICMI leading artists from the musical comedy company, in addition to the full strength of the Royal Comic Opera Company, and there will be entirely new Scenery by Messrs. John Gordon and W Little The costumes will be unusually elaborate, as one of the scenes represents a fancy dress ball at a British Embassy The cast of "A Country Girl' will include the following artists -Geoffrey Challoner, Mr Harold Thorley, Mr Bailes, Mr Claude Bantock, Sir Joseph Verity Mr Fred.
