GARLAND.—At Naremburn, on the 30th instant, Nancy

Susannah, wife of Captain W. R. Garland, and mother of C. L. Garland (late M.L.A. for Carcoar), Mrs. Forbes Fincher, and William Garland.

HYDE.—October 30, 1900, at North Shore Hospital, Thomas Hyde, dearly beloved husband of Bridget Hyde, aged 44 years, leaving a devoted wife and two sons to mourn their loss. For many years in the employ of the North Shore Gas Company. Rest in peace.

OLLIVE.—October 27, 1900, at her residence, Ivy Cottage,

Upper Picton, Rinah Ollive (nee Hales), relict of late Ebenezer Ollive, aged 79 years, native of Combrook,

Warwickshire, England.

VALLACK.—October 30, 1900, at his residence, Verani, Homebush-road, Robert Aldrich, second son of the late

Richard Glinn Vallack, aged 40, of consumption.

WATT.—October 29, Alfred Joseph Watt, chemist,
