Willoughby, the wife, of John Andrew, of a son.

GOUDIE.—September 1, 1897, at the residence of her

sister, Braeside, Kogarah, the wife of the Rev. James Goudie, Carcoar, of a daughter.

HALL.—August 24, at her residence, St. Orme, Park

Avenue, Burwood, the wife of F. Foster Hall, of a

daughter.

HENDERSON.—On August 30, 1897, the wife of A. L. Henderson, Postmaster, Enfield, of a son.

NICHOLSON.—August 20, at her residence, Bombala,

the wife of W. B. Nicholson, resident Engineer for Roads, Public Works Department, of a daughter.

ROBINSON.—August 27, at Abingdon, Gundagai, the wife

of Wallace A. Robinson, of a daughter.

STATHAM.—September 2, at her residence, Eastella, Gos-

ford, the wife of Hugh W. Statham, of a son.

Deaths.

GALVIN.—September 7, 1897, at her residence, 55 Hordern-

street, Newtown, Lucy, the beloved wife, relict of the late Alderman Thomas Galvin, and second daughter of the late John Nobbs, of Evesham, England, in her 71st year.

HENDERSON.—On September 7, 1897, at his parents'

residence, Cecil Lamont, infant son of A. L. and H.

Henderson.

NEWMAN.—September 3 ,1897, at his residence, 16 Susan-

street, Newtown, Charles Alfred Newman, aged 82 years, for many years Registrar of Newtown.
