The undermentioned Régulât ons, made hy tho Marine Board of New South Wale?, under and hy vlrtuo of the powers con-ferred upon it by the Navigation Acts, 1871-1SS1, arc published for general information.

UNDER and by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by tho Navigation Acts, 1871-1881, we, tho Marine Board of New South Wales, hereby make the followin g Regulations In ndditlon to those now in force, to be obseivcd at Regattas and Boatraccs on any of the navigable waters within the jurisdiction, that is to
say:
We hereby order and direct that,
1. A clear mid-channel track of not less than SOO feet wide .hall be preserved along the entire length of the course.
2. Notmorc than twoBteameis, to be approved hythe Marine Board, shall be allowed under any circumstances to follow any
race.
S. No person whosoever shall navigate any vossel or boat whe-ther propelled by steam, sails, or o irs, nnd whether wholly or In part, along suc6 mid-channel track as aforesaid. And every person in charge of any such vessel or boat shall take up such place, and anchor, if considered necessary, on such side of such midchannel track as may bo allotted tu him by an officer of the said Board, or of the Water Police, and shall not move from such place except bv permission of such officer.
4. Evory Master and Ownor of n steamer or other vessel or boat who commits a breach of any of these Regulations shall in addition to the tine hereinafter imposed, be liable to have his cer-tificate cancelled or suspended.
5. Any person committing a breach of any of these Regula-tions shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £100.
