Deaths.

BAIRD.—September 6 , at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. William Long, No. 12, Carlton-terrace, Irving-street, Chippen-dale, Mrs. Margaret Baird, aged 84 years, leaving a son and daughter to mourn their loss.

HUDSON.—September 5, 1887, at her parents' residence, Wallace-

street, Ashfield, Louie, the beloved daughter of Frederick W. and Louisa Hudson, aged 7 months and 3 days.

LEES.—September 5, 1887, at his residence, Omega Retreat, near

Gerringong, Mr. James Lees, in the 93rd year of his age, dearly-beloved father of Mrs. William Walker, of Gipps-street, Belmore Park, Sydney, who witnessed his peaceful passing away. May we meet again.—M. S. W.
