Fire at Mr. Hennessy's tobacconist shop, at Haymarket. A cyclone passed over the Lower Clarence, sweeping away the new church of All Saints, at Lawrence, and doing other damage.
18. The Lower Darling mail stuck up, between Menin-die and Wentworth, by a man calling himself Rutherford; £800 worth of cheques taken.
