GREETING :

WHEREAS it is represented to us in our Supremo

Court of the colony of Now South Wales that tho paid Philip Dwyer departed this life on or about the Twenty-fourth day of September, Ono thousand eight hun-dred and sixty-three, intestate, having at the time of his death goods, chatteis, and credits in the said colony : Wo hereby cito you to appear personally, or by vour respectivo proctors, betöre our said Court, at the Court-house in King street, Sydnoy, on TUESDAY, the Seventh day of Feb-ruary now next, at the hour of Ten o'clock in tho forenoon, then and there to accept or refuse letters of administration of the goods and credits of the said deceased, or to show cause, ii you know any, why the Bamo should not bo com-mitted to THOMAS BELL GIBBONS, a creditor of the

said deceased.
