At the assizes, to-day, Henry Harris, for murder near Wagga Wagga, was found to be insane, and re-manded till next assizes, or during her Majesty's pleasure. Charles Jones, alias William Herbert, charged with lobbcry, was found not guilty. Yan King, Tommy Chew, and Jammy Johnson, China men, for murder, were found not guilty.

Weather, cold, but fine. Sharp fiost last night.
