SUBIACO STAR FOR GEELONG

-?

Williams Signs Up

PERTH, Sunday-On. Williams, Subiaco centre player, said to-night that he would leave for Melbourne by plane on Wednesday. He will join Geelong.

Williams, who is aged 19 years, said that he had signed an agreement drawn up by Mr. I. Gibson (Geelong secretary).

The Subiaco committeemen consulted Williams on Saturday night, and told him that they could not consider his terms, and that his clearance was a matter to be decided by the committee as a whole.

There is also a possibility, according to Williams, of B. Smith, a clubmate, join-ing Geelong.
