ROD. HEATH'S ACCIDENT.

A Smash in a Snowstorm.

Flight-Lieutenant Rodney Heath, the w'ell-known lawn tennis player, was re-ently injured while taking a new ma-hine from England to France. Two other aviators were aboard with him. The aeroplane ran into a violent snow-storm; descent was imperative, and Lieutenant Heath brought his machine down in a ploughed field, where it somer-saulted. A collarbone and a rib were brok-en, but the young officer is recovering rapidly.
