FOOTBALL.

THE FINAL GAMES.

With the exception that the Essendon (league) team has another chance if beaten by Collingwood to-day, the football season, as far as senior clubs are concerned, will end this afternoon.

THE LEAGUE.

Essendon will be without Allan Belcher in their match to-day, his place being taken by Hazel. Prior to the match a game will he played between teams representing schoolboys of Victoria and New South Wales. The Essendon and Collingwood teams will be placed as shown in the diagram, in which Essendon are supposed to be attacking the upper goal:—
