A LL persons to whom the deceased (who was a shepherd in the Swan or Gingin district, and who died at Fremantle on the 19th instant,) stood in debted at the time of his decease are re quested forthwith to forward the full particulars of their claims to the under signed. And all persons who. have any property or effects in their hands belong ing to the said deceased, or who are in debted to him are requested forthwith to deliver or pay the same to the under signed, or to the Reverend George Bostock, of Fremantle, the executor of the deceased. In the matter of a Special Resolution for liquidation by arrangement of afairs of Alexander Francisco the younger of F.remantle in the colony of Western Australia Storekeeper trading there alone under the style of " Francisco Brothers."
