The Iserbrook Affair.

There in a good deal of talk about the neglect exhibited the case of the brig Iserbrook. It is supposed that the body of Captain Fraser lies in tbe hold, either in a charred mass or in scattered fragments. The disaster occurred to the vessel now some weeks ago, and yet there she lies half submerged, within a

few feet of a patent slip, with her Captain lying dead in the hold, and not a stroke done to rescue his remains. Either the owner or the police are to blame. If the divers failed to get the body, other means, It is thought, ought to have been adopted. On whomsoever the blame rests, the affair is considered most shameful.
