ABORIGINAL MURDERED.

NATIVES ACQUITTED

PERTH; Friday - The three Murchison natives have been acquitted of the murder at Nookawarra Station of an other native named, Peter. It appeared that a sick native. Paddy, was placed in care of Peler, who refused to look after him. On Paddy dying, the three blacks travelled for four days to Peter's camp When night came on they surprisedhim in his mia-mia. Putting a strap round his throat, they beat bim to death. The only witnesses were the natives accused. On their discharge they were supplied with clothes and rations to enable them to get

back to their district.
