The Attention of Motor-boat Owners and Others Using Boats is (ulled lo the Regulations Govern-ing Trafilo on the Yarra, Copies of which may be Obtained at Um Torts and Harbour, office, Flin, dors-street, Melbourne.
, SUMMARY OF CERTAIN REGULATIONS,
1. Motor-boals must apply to tile Port OfBcer, Customs-house, for a permit to be on the river on Henley Day, between Princo's-bridgc and Punt-road
bridge.
2. Motor-boats are requested to get to their moorings before the first race starts, at 1.10 p.m., or to wait until the interval m the programme, lint the officer- controlling the course may allow motor-boats to proceed to their moorings it inter-ference with racing will not be caused.
3. Boat Races must not be obstructed.
4. Launches MUST REMAIN MOORED, except during intervals, 4 to 4.30. Such boats must re-main moored till the race before tile interval has
finished.
fj. Row Boats (pleasure skills) MUST KEEP CLEAR OF THE COURSE.
fi. Boat, aro not allowed to land or take np jia-scngers at tho boat stagings or along Henley llcscrve, except at landing stage.
