BURNS.—On the 10th August, 1910 (suddenly), at

her residence, "Tomino," Laurel Bank Parade, Geelong, Louise Elizabeth, relict of the late J. J. Burns.

CAGNEY.—On the 9th August, at her late resi-

dence, "Bondi," High-street, Preston (after a painful accident), Elizabeth, relict of the late Martin Cagney, aged 68 years. A loving mother and a true friend.

Finlayson-street, Malvern, Margaret, the dearly beloved wife of Edward, and loving mother of

Eustace.

at his parents' residence, No. 79 Beaconsfield-parade, Albert-park, Richard Swanwick, the

second dearly beloved son of Richard H. and Ada C. Dunstone, aged 16 years.

DUFF.—On the 8th August, Eliza Duff, the dearly

beloved wife of Bernard Duff, of 261 Burwood-road, Glenferrie, late of Launceston, Tasmania, aged 78 years, (Interred privately on 9th inst., at Boroondara Cemetery.)

GARDNER.—On the 9th August, at "Harra-ville,"

Motherwell-street, Hawksburn, Mary J., the be-

loved wife of Robert Gardner.

San Remo, George, beloved husband of Georgina Hull, and father of Mrs. John Mather, Mrs. L. R. Davies-Griffith, and Emily, Alice, Alfred, and William, aged 86. (A colonist of 73 years.)

INCE.—On the 10th August, at "Eureka," Nimmo-

street, Middle-park, Elizabeth, the dearly loved wife of Richard Ince (lnce Bros.), aged 48. No flowers, by request.

JAMES.—On the 7th August, at the residence of her

daughter (Mrs. Miller), Foster-street, South Gee-long, Anne James, widow of the late Samuel Richard James (late of St. Arnaud), in her 66th

year.

SMITH.—On the 10th August, at Matlock, Alex-

ander Racka, the dearly beloved husband of Agnes Smith, and brother of William and Mrs. Rawson, of Gaffney's Creek, aged 42 years. Fortified by rites of holy church.

Burwood-road, Hawthorn, Edith Charlotte, youngest beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.
