RUSSELL—STUDMAN.—[Golden Wedding.]—On

the 20th April, 1854, at St. Paul 's Church, Melbourne,

DEATHS.

BATCHELOR.—On the 18th April at the resi-

dence of his son-in-law, J. C. Barber, 194 High-

street, Northcote, William, the beloved husband of Janet Batchelor, of Panton Hill, formerly of Sunbury, aged 75 years. A colonist of 52 years. (Interred on the 19th.)

BROWN.—On the 18th April, at Melbourne Hos-

pital (result of accident), Henry George Arm-stead, of 192 Gore-street, Fitzroy, formerly inspector of public works Ballarat and Maryborough, aged 67 years.

COE.—On the 16th April, at "Claremont," Portland,

Phyllis Mary Crawford, infant daughter of William Edward and Amy Coe, of "St. Ann's," Heywood, aged 6½ months.

CRAIG.—On the 19th April, at his residence,

"Prospect-house," Lisson-grove, Glenferrie, Robert Craig, late of H. M. Customs, aged 81 years. No flowers, by request.

DAVIS.—On the 18th April, at her residence,

"Bath-villa," Hastings, Sarah, beloved wife of the late William Giller Davis, 63 years. Deeply

mourned.

Severn-street, Box Hill, Ronald Owen, dearly beloved second son of Harry H. and Annie Davey, aged 1 year and 5 months.

Pynsent-street, Horsham, Evelyn Hope, dearly beloved daughter of Gilbert and Annie Lovitt, aged 8 months. At rest.

MULLER.—On the 18th April, at her late residence,

Queenstown, Pauline Louise, relict of the late Johan Muller, and beloved mother of P aul and Otto Muller, aged 78 years.

RUTHERFORD.—On the 19th April, at her late

residence, "Birdston," Wilson-street, North Brighton, Mrs. Mary E. Rutherford, aged 61 years

(late of Goornong).

Moonee Ponds, Elva Gertrude, the fifth daughter of George and Sarah Seward, aged 38 years.
