THE WATT DIVORCE CASE.

WIFE'S PETITION GRANTED.

SYDNEY. September 17.

Mr Justice Gordon, in the Divorce Court to-day, gave his reserved judg-ment in the case in which Muriel Maud Watt petitioned for a dissolution of her marriage with Captain Oswald Watt, on account of alleged misconduct with a woman unknown to the petitioner, and with Miss Ivy Schilling (actress).

His Honor found that the first issue was not proved, but the issue of mis-conduct with Miss Schilling had been made out,and granted a decree nisi.

The petitioner was given the custody of the child, and the respondent was order-

ed to pay costs.
