EMILIE POLINI'S WILL

Probate has been granted of the will of the late Mrs. Emilie Ellis (the-atrically known as Miss Emilie Pol-ini), who died some months ago, leaving an estate of the nett value of £5,070. Testatrix, who appointed

the Perpetual Trustee Co., Ltd., her executors and trustees, made specific bequests to her mother, sister, and other relatives in England, and £50 to Mrs. Grace Cannon, of Sophia Street, Bondi. She left the residue of her estate to her daughter, Pat-ricia Marie Ellis, conditionally on the child being in the custody of her sis-ter, Mrs. Marie Nares, and the lat-ter's husband, who reside in England. If the child were not given into their custody, £1000 was to be set aside for her, and the interest allowed to accumulate until she attained the age of 24 years — the residue of the es-tntc, testatrix left to two nephews in England.
