A MOTOR CAR BURNT.
LARA, Thursday-On Wednesday night a workshop at the rear of Mr. George
Jones's residence was gutted A few hours previous to the outbreak Mr. Jones had
been engaged in the shop putting the finish- ing touches to a motor car which he was building, and which he valued at 100 guineas. He expected in a few days to put the car on the roads for passenger traffic between Geelong and Lara.
