Tenders for tho Committee Booth,
Kew Town Raco course.
1 BENDERS will be received by the under-
signed, till Monday, the 52nd April next, at 12 o'clock, from Publicans wishing to occupy the Ground usually allotted for the Committee Booth, nt the back of the Stand on the Kew Town Course, at the ensuing Races.
In addition to the Booth, the party whose Tender is accepted will be allowed the privilege of occupying ns a place for refreshment, that portion under the Grand Stand, used as such last year.
The Committee do not bind themselves to accept the highest Tender.
The Tenders will be opened by the Com- mittee of Proprietors of the Race Course, and the one accepted that is made by a party who is likely to conduct the Booth, &c , to the satis- faction of the Stewards of the meeting.
The party whose tender is accepted, will be entitled to occupy the same Ground, as well as to have privilege of the Stand for three years, at the price of his present tender, provided he gives notice of his intention to do so previous to the 17th March in each year.

TENDERS FOR
BOOTHS ON THE RACE COURSE. TENDERS will bo received by the under-
signed till/TUESDAY, the 3rd of April next, at 12 o'clock, from Publicans and others wishing to erect Booths on the Race Course at the ensuing Races.
The number of Booths will be limited to twelve, exclusive of the Committee Booth, and such portion of the " Grand Stand" as may be allowed by the Steward1) to be appropriated for the purpose of a Refreshment Room.
No Tender under £7 10s. will be received as such, and the Committee reserve to them- selves the power of appropriating those that may not be tendered for in any way, and at any price, they may think proper.
Parties who had Booths last year, will be entitled to occupy the same ground should they wish to do so j in Jiny other case, the ground will be marked off by Mr. Eddington ; but no Booth will, on any account, be allowed to be erected on the hill near the gravel-pits, and the whole must be in the place usually occupied
for the Booths.
Should there be Tenders, at one pricf, more than sufficient to fill up the number, the Com- mittee reserve the power, of selecting such ap- plicants as they may think proper.
The Tenders (which should be marked " Ten- der for Booth,") will be opened by the Com- mittee of the Proprietors of the New Town Race Course, and the ELEVEN highest ac accepted-that being the number open to the public (one is already secured under a former Tender.)
Immediate notice will be given to the parties whose tenders are accepted, when they must pay the amount, otherwise the Booth will be open to the first applicant.
