INCREDIBLE!

JEWELLER GETS DIVORCE Suspicion of Collusion ADELAIDE, Thursday..

Albert Bertram Budgen, jeweller, of Rundle-street, Adelaide, was to-day grant- ed a decree nisi for the dissolution of his marriage with Constance Ethel Budgen, formerly Taplin. Costs were awarded against William Miller Reid, co-respondent,

of Papeete Society Islands, with whom it was alleged Mrs. Budgen went through a form of marriage in July, 1926. Mr. Justice Napier said circumstances aroused some suspicion of collusion and misconduct on the part of the petitioner, whose explanations were unusual, if not in- credible.
