Wasn't Change Daily' Boy!
If walls have ears our Divorce Courts have absorbed some remarkable reasons for matri monial discord, but Daphne Iris Anderson came to light with an original one when she told Mr. Justice Wolff that her husband's 'unclean habits — he wouldn't bath or wear clean clothes' caused the parting of the ways.
Daphne, of Napier-st., Cot-: tesloe, said she married Horace Charles Anderson in 1943. ?'We lived at mother's home on his leaves,' she went on. 'The last time was in De cember, 1945.' Followed the last quarrel over Horace's 'unclean hab its' and, his dignity wounded, he zipped off to the East- Apparently there was some one there who didn't object to Horace, for Daphne produced 2 letters from him written in June-August, 1947. Then she swept along to lawyer Fred Curran. Result was Horace was found to have misconducted himself with a lass named Norma Moore, of Auburn, NSW. For Daphne a decree.
