IATIMUK. V. DIMIBOOLA. A team of eight gentlemen lawn tennis players of the Dimboola Club visited Natimuk on Saturday, and played a series of games with a team :representing the locals. The re sults were in favor of Dimboola, as the 'following scores show - Goode and Jackson (D) beat Walker and Barker (N), 6-2, 6-2. Goode and Jackson beat Fenton and McLennan, 6--1, 6-0. 6 Tilley and MIcConnan lost to Fenton and McLennan, 3-6, 3-6. Tilley and MlcConnan lost to Barker and Walker, 3-6, ---G. Bennett and Williams beat Bennett and Johnston, 6-3, 6--1. 'Bennett and Williams .leat 'Flight and Waller, 6-5, "6--2. Brewer and Thompson lost to Flight and Waller, 5--6, 2--6. Brewer and. Thompson lost to - Ben nett and Johnston, 5--6, 6-5, 3-6. .Totals.-Dimboola, 4 rubbers 9 sets 80 games; Natimuk, 4 rubbers, 8 sets 72 games. Afternoon tea. was dispensed by the lady members ol the Natimuk Club. The second' round of lawn tennis games for the gent's singles. trophy was completed last -week, and resulted as follows :- lcLennaz, owe 4/6 50, beat Bennett, owe 30.
