King givesMEB to city woman.: Mrs. Phoebe Anderson, of Horsihm, was created a Member of the Order of the British Empire in yesterday's King's Birth day Honors list.

She received this distinction in recognition of her work for. the Wimmera Base Hospital at Horsham over many years. Mrs. Anderson has collected more than £12,000 for the hospital.
