Estate of tho Lato .--Mr. H. C. White,
of Havilah.

? will of tho lato Mr. Henry. Charles White, the 1 veil-known grazier, of "Havilah," and lately if residing at "Greenoaks," Sydney, who dlod at
"Hobart (Tasmania), on February 24 last. |
By his last will, dated October G, 1904, tho testator appointed his widow, Mary Helen White, of Sydney, and his son, Henry Huntor Wlilto, of "Havilah," grazier, trustees, and executors of his estate. Ho con Armed certain deeds of gift, executed in favour of his widow and lils sous, Roy Mordaunt Whito, of Low down Estato (Q.), and Henry Hunter Whito, of Havilah and Wollara Estates, in Now South Wales, and boquoathed J31000 to Kenneth M'Kcnzlo Cobb, manager of Banks Station.
Tho residuo of tho real and personal estate is to bc hold by tho trustoos upon trust, with power to convert tho samo into money at their discretion; in tho meantime, they aro to carry on tho grazing business, and the income arising from tho estato is to bo allowed to accrue until tho salo or conversion shall' have boen com pleted.
Tho trustees are to hold the roal and personal estato upon trust for the benefit of testator's three daughters, Mrs. James Douglas, and tho Misses ivy Victoria and Nea Vivien Whito, in equal shares. Tho Income arising from tho 'shares Is to bo paid to tho daughters; at their ideatli, both income and capital fall to their
children.
I Tho estato for probate purposes was valued
