DEEMING'S GEA VE.
' MELBOURNE, Tuesday.-The body of Deeming waB buried inside the walls of the Melbourne Gaol at 6 o'clock last night. An ordinary pauper's ' coffin was provided, and quicklime was placed in
it with the body. The body was interred in what is termed tho old men's yard, that is just inside tho gaol walls at the Bowen-street en- trance where the bodies of Ned Kelly and other criminals lie in the earth. After the inquest the body was removed to the Mortuary, where a cast of the head and face was taken by a well-known phrenologist.
