CIVIL MOBILISATION
IN BELGIUM
BRUSSELS,, Friday.-Tho Gov ernment is applying civil riiobili sation to all sectors 'ol: 'national activity for throe' months', during which no »trikes will bo tolerated.
The mobilisation affeots ? both om ployors and employes. The latter may transfer from one enterprise to another, provided thoy remain in tho same sec tor.; The. order docs not curtail the rights of trade unions.
The announcement adds: "Employes and members ol' tho public service will receive the same pay as workers in pi ¡vate enterprises. The Government i;; endeavorig to equalise as soon as possible iiïdices of official prices."
