When her companion died suddenly in a car on a lonely bush track, a woman was forced to spend three days alone near the body before being rescued.
Paul Hansen, book-keeper at Three Rivers station, col lapsed and died in his car
25 miles from the station. A
woman he was driving did not know the country, and was unable to drive a car. She remained at the spot for three days and three nights, and was nearly distraught when found by Mr. J. Bow- man, manager of Three Rivers
Hansen's body was buried
near the track.
