Norman K. Torode was fined £5 with 15/ costs for having driven a motor cycle in King William-street on May 22, at a speed of over 40 miles an hour. The defendant said he was test ing the machine when the carburetter became de fective. The S.M. warned the defendant not to
test the machine in King William-street.
