OBITUARY - AIR. F. H. BEST. In the death of MIr. F. if. Best ta the age of 91 year., Win low? ? lost aniother of its highly respecte and sturdy examples of tihe pioner. families. Mr. Best as.- ed away a the 29th February, leaving a record of persevera:tce, succe atnd ete behind him. His kind and friendly pesonality will be sadly nmissed5. his many friends, both old at young. The late Mr. lenjara Davis was an employee of MIr. Ika before the former started husints on his own account in Portland 1882.
